The Firm routinely counsels clients during the trademark selection process and provide detailed trademark opinions to avoid or minimize possibilities of litigation. Oftentimes litigation is inevitable and the Firm is prepared to litigate trademark cases in court, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or the International Trade Commission.  


The Firm assists clients in registering copyrights and drafting and negotiating agreements involving copyrighted works including joint-development agreements, licenses, assignments, rights clearance, and distribution agreements. In the event of litigation, the Firm has extensive experience in litigating against infringers as well as defending against allegations of infringement.
