The Firm’s ADR capabilities run the gamut from resolution of domestic infringement cases to settlement of multinational commercial disputes including mediation, arbitration, fact-finding, discovery referee and special master. The Firm routinely serves privately as a mediator and arbitrator for various commercial, financial and intellectual property matters, and as neutral for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Institute for Conflict Resolution & Prevention (CPR), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The Firm moves easily between litigation, arbitration and mediation matching our courtroom capabilities with exceptional ADR skills.  


The Firm has mediated matters including:

  • Intellectual property (including trademark & patent infringement, unfair competition); 
  • Merger & acquisition disputes/franchise disputes (involving licensing agreements; failure to produce; financial covenants; financial accounting, misrepresentation);
  • Environmental (including property damage, insurance liability); 
  • Construction (including scope of work issues, change orders and claims for negligent design, defective workmanship, contract balance, acceleration and delay); 
  • Employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in federal and state courts. 
  • Commercial litigation disputes involving franchises and breached licensing agreements; leases; sublease and allegations of failure to produce. 
  • Advocated several matters on behalf of the clients including patent infringement/validity; licensing disputes (breach of contract; failure to perform and tortious interference; and patent interferences. 


The Firm has arbitrated matters including: 

  • Commercial litigation matters including breach of contract; licensing disputes; tortious      interference; lease disputes; construction contract disputes; insurance; and product liability. 
  • Intellectual property law and contract disputes for several state courts in New Jersey and the AAA, CPR and WIPO. 
  • Serves  as chair and panel member for security disputes for FINRA.
